Meet Dr. Eva Lizer

Dr. Lizer graduated with honors from Tulane University School of Medicine and Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, finishing a combined MD/Masters in Public Health in four years. She completed her diagnostic radiology residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School, where she was also a chief resident.

She went on to obtain further expertise at the Brigham with a fellowship in breast imaging, and has made breast imaging the focus of her professional career. She is passionate about access to medical care, and believes healthcare is at its best when it’s guided by doctors – not executives and insurance companies. She lives in Lee with her husband and sons.

I had an excellent experience here. The staff are wonderful and explain things in terms a non-expert can understand, the waiting area is very calming, and you're offered a warm or room-temperature robe, a locker for your belongings if desired, and plenty of water. It's a really calming experience during a not-so-calming procedure.

I recommend BCNE to every woman in the area. They have a state of the art 3D mammogram that was designed by French women engineers. You don't have to hold your breath. Their staff is warm and knowledgeable and their office feels like a spa with a feminine design with gold and pink accents. They warm their pink robes and there's a beautiful calm spa music playing. All these make the experience a whole lot better than being a cold sparse room. Definitely recommend it to all women who are able to come by for their mammogram and ultrasound check ups.

Highly recommend getting your mammogram at Breast Center of NE. It truly makes you feel like you are not at a medical appointment. From the hot pink warm robes, relaxing music, comfortable chairs, pitcher of lemon water, etc you would think you were at a spa. The staff is friendly and takes the time to explain and educate. The doctor personally discusses the results. Bonus, women owned and operated! Scheduling was easy and they did all the work requesting the orders and previous images from provider.

LOVE! A spa like experience. Beautiful atmosphere. Calm music, iced lemon water, and comfortable warm robes instead of those horrible hospital wraps. Everyone was very nice, including the radiologist who meets with new patients personally. One of the least stressful mammograms I've experienced. You have the option of waiting a short period of time and getting your results instead of waiting for the results to come in the mail. Highly recommend!

Great atmosphere! For a first timer I didn't know what to expect and I thought I may have walked into a spa ☺️ very nice welcoming from the receptionist to the technician (or nurse) not sure what the proper title may be. Walked me through step by step details and was very comfortable with day to day conversation as to not fill the time with awkward vibes. Had a phone conversation afterwards with the Doctor and again, very comfortable and super nice. Thanks for the great experience (for this first timer)
